The MTRA 2023 Annual Conference Call for Presenters is now open. Proposals are being accepted online only for the MTRA Annual Conference. The deadline to submit proposals is midnight on June 16. Please review submission information and speaker policies.

Any interesting topic will be considered, and we’d like to see formats that are different, especially those that are NOT lectures or panels.

Submission Information
The 2023 MTRA Annual Conference will be on September 13-14 in Portland, OR. If you have any questions about the Call for Presenters, please email Susan Shermer, MTRA Administrator.

Speakers must read and agree to the speaker policies outlined below.

Submissions are due by midnight on Friday June 16, 2023.

Speaker Policies - Please note important change in Fees*
I have read and agree to the following speaker policies. As the Lead Presenter for this session I verify that I will share this information with any additional presenters. The MTRA maintains the following policies:

• All speakers MUST register for the conference. Registration is FREE for regulators. Industry speakers receive half price registration of $625.

• Sessions are limited to no more than a total of three (3) presenters, including the lead presenter.

• MTRA will assign a Board member to your session to assist with introductions and moderation.
